What places are available for check-ins on Veery?
Any event or venue that is promoting an event on Veery.
Is Veery a registration platform?
Not exactly. Veery, connects IRL operations and in-event engagement to traditional registration platforms.
As an event manager you can publish events on Veery, import attendees and manage operations live in Veery.
Is Veery a dating app?
No. The app includes a matching feature that is built for professional networking.
How is Veery different from other social meet-up apps?
Veery’s users benefit from elevated check-in, intelligent matching, prompted follow-up, and more:

Do I have to pay for Veery?
No. However, we plan to support premium plans soon.
Do I need a LinkedIn Profile?
No. However, your experience will be signifcantly enhanced if you sign-on with LinkedIn; fast onboarding, consistent profile data, and accurate matches.

Features & Functionality
How do I check-in to an event?
Sign in on Veery. Show up to the venue. Open Veery on your device. Sign in via LinkedIn Single Sign on. Select your event goals. Tap “Check In” for your event.
How do I discover my missed connections?
The Missed Connection feature lets you discover users who were at the same location as you.
I've checked-in; now what?
Once you’ve checked in, other users will be able to match with your profile and users at the same event as you can see your profile, request to connect, and message.
What if I want to end a chat/ meeting with a connection?
View the profile you want to remove your connection with and select remove connection.
Can I check-out after being checked-in?
Yes. Navigate to your event page and select Check out.

How do I edit my profile and profile picture?
Editing your profile is easy! Simply go to Profile -> Edit Profile. You can change your About Me description, profile photo, and more.
How do I install Veery?
Visit your phone’s app store to download our app. If you don’t want to download the app, visit our web app to sign in.

How will Veery help me meet new connections?
Veery connects attendees in-event based on your event goals and Veery profile.
How do I follow up with a connection?
You can connect with them on LinkedIn, initiate a meeting request, and message all on Veery. Use Missed Connections to see all the people who attended the event.
I've checked in at a location, and no one is here. What should I do?
If no one is at your location, give it some time. You can even check your Missed Connections after you’ve left the area to see who you missed!
